Hi All Just acquired my first bass, a Mexican Jazzer. I have been playing guitar for a good few years, mainly funk and soul, had a desire for a bass for many years, gave in 2 weeks ago. Really enjoying it thus far, have a microcube for bass. Fingers on left hand no longer hurting and pinky starting to play ball !! Influences are Kool and the Gang, circa 1972-75, Parliament, Funkadelic, EW&F 70's, Ohio Players, Meters, Santana up to 1978 amongst others. Look forward to contributing. Chris (Premo)
