1. Just sold Alex an Aguilar head and it all went smoothly. Great comms and no problems re payment or anything else for that matter. I've always avoided sending stuff overseas but my experience with Alex has changed my mind. Highly recommended

  2. Excellent condition, sound fantastic but sadly no longer needed. Come in (colour-coded) Roqsolid covers also in excellent condition. Prefer to sell as a pair but may consider splitting if nothing doing. Collect from sunny Preston or meet only. If you want to arrange and pay for a courier, I'll ship them in the UK at your risk.

While I was there he showed me an Aguilar amp and let me take it home on trust to try. I took it home, tried it, liked it so I asked my missus to send the money.

  4. I've just bought a Yamaha 1024x from a fellow BCer and I've been doing the usual adjusting / bonding with the instrument thing when I got to the truss rod. I wanted to put a bit more relief in the neck but when I turned the TR adjuster counter clockwise, it got tighter not looser. So I turned it clockwise and it got looser.

Is this a feature or is the TR kaput?
