Fender American Elite Jazz Bass V Rosewood 3 Tone Sunburst (5 string) - with John East J Retro Deluxe preamp I bought this bass in 2017 to use in a production of Dreamgirls in the West End and it served me nicely for a few years. Haven’t been using it lately so looking to move it on. Plays and sounds great. Has a fair amount of wear considering it’s been played in for 6 years now. Most noticeably a ding on the rear belly contour and a scuffed area where a pick was stored on the upper horn under the pickguard (as pictured). Crucially there are no dings on the back of the neck effecting the playability. I had an upgraded preamp installed in the last few years - John East J Retro Deluxe with Fender style knobs, worth £215 Equivalent model now is American Ultra V which is £2,135 new Last few posted/sold on basschat - Natural, very good condition £1450 - Champagne, excellent £1700 - 3TS, excellent £1500 Asking for £1200.
