1. You’re absolutely right... didn’t have time to do it properly. I have no idea of the wood - it was a hand me down from my dad, but it is heavy - much heavier than my Traben Array 4!! I’m pretty sure the pickups are original Fender ones from the 70s though. Inside the pick guard, my dad has written his name and the year 1972.

2. Lovely P-Bass copy from the 70s. Not sure of actual make of body and neck, but plays like a dream. Tone pot has snapped off, but an easy fix. Has a phase switch to change pickups to in or out of phase. Comes with soft case.
I'm based in Burgess Hill, near Brighton, so happy to deliver within a reasonable distance.
I'm really sad to see this go, but needs must....

4.
METAL!!!!!!! Nothing like blasting out a riff on the low C string of my bass, in fact my bass goes down to G! You don't get much more metal then that! (well okay maybe a bit but still ;))
G???!!! That's bowel-loosening metal!! Brilliant!

5. Hi. I'm Matt - living in Norf London, but originally from Kiwiland. ;)
Started guitar when I was 19 (all those years ago!!), but moved to bass after a few years, because everyone wants to be a guitar hero, and not many want to play bass (plus I'm a better bassist than a guitarist!! :P ). Must've been fate - my dad was a bass player too. In fact my bass is one of his mid-70s Precisions that he gave me.
Haven't got an amp yet - only moved here 10 months ago... But am looking for something cheap with enough balls for a gig... Was using a Jansen Barbarian (for those who know Kiwi amps) when I was playing in a rock covers band in NZ.. Have just joined an original metal band - just started writing songs.

Looking forward to talking to everyone!
