If you remove the neck, is there a floating soundpost inside to worry about?

I'm not in the market myself (just bought a Kolstein Busetto) but GLWTS.

Next week I'll add a short sound recording (acoustic and plugged into a Fender Frontman 15G - practice guitar amp) Unfortunately. I have no other (better) amplifier.

When the neck comes off, do I have to worry about the floating soundboard inside? 
I didn't take the neck off (there was no reason to) - I'll take it off if necessary and let you know.

Double bass Flat Back 4/4, long ago modified to 3/4, suitable for solo playing, jazz and improvised music.

Made in the region of Europe (Tyrol, Germany or Bohemia). Nice golden - brown varnish. Recently restored and in top condition October 6 2020.
