1. Daryl recently bought a malekko b:assmaster from me. From start to finish it was a superb deal - always kept me updated via PM, paid the minute he could, and let me know exactly when it arrived.

Simply an awesome guy to do business with. :)

  2. All PMs responded to :)
given date of original post, not sure if these are still available?
Yeah despite the date these are still available! I just edited my thread from a while back and bumped it

  4. I PM'ed Owain on Thursday night about a Boss PS-3 he advertised. The pedal was posted on Friday and I had it by Saturday morning, very well packed and exactly as described. Perfect!

A great deal with a top guy, wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again ;)

    Cheers mate!

  6.
Might be worth giving OBBM a shout, I'm sure he'd make you up something
Thanks, I've sent him a PM ;)
As long as you can feed it 12V AC, then it should be fine, it looks like the Flatliner can supply 1000mA on that AC output so it should be more than enough for that pedal.
Yep, the flatliner can definately supply 1000mA. You have to change some wires around to switch from 9VAC to 12VAC though. I got sent some instructions on how to do it a while ago, heres the links for them if anyone is interested: part one, part two, part three. A bit of a pain, but worth it for the versitility I guess. Prefer it over having two or three plugs all over the place!

e: obbm says is possible and is sorting out a cable for me now :P
    problem solved!

  7. Bough an EHX English Muffn off Stu

Great communication throughout, he sent the pedal as soon as humanly possible after I had paid, and it got here safe & sound less than 24 hours later.

A perfect transaction and top bloke, wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

  8. Hey there

I have a Burkey Flatliner power supply, which has an AC power connection cable like this (left side goes into the Flatliner, right side into the pedal) :

And now I have an EHX English Muff'n, that requires a two pronged power connection like this (the picture is slightly decieving, the top prong is a cylinder shape, the other is a flat rectangular shape):

Does anyone know where I can get a cable that has the jack-style AC connection on one side, and the two pronged connection on the other? Is it even possible?
I've tried Maplins website but can't seem to find one there...

    Thanks ;)

  9.
I think some of it is due to the exchange rate - like a lot of other people I've been buying effects from the US when it was $2=£1. Now I'm looking to the UK, so bidding on more here. So prices go up here!
I'd agree with this. Its almost not worth importing anymore. The subdecay quasar i've been admiring for months would only be about £10-15 cheaper to import now, and theres the risk of being hit with import duty on top of it aswell. God damn economy!

Seems a good time to sell though.

Very nice, but do you not find that the moog causes some serious tone suck when disengaged?? From what i've read (although I haven't tried one myself) the bypass on them is quite bad and you may be better off putting it in a true bypass loop...

Anyway, my board is still a work in progress (as always), but at the moment it goes:

    Micro POG > Mini-Chorus > B:assmaster > Pickle Pie > FZ-2 > Echo 600> Compulator > DT-10

Off the board are the Ram Head, Neo Fuzz and Hellbilly, and the stuff I want to buy: Subdecay Noisebox, Quasar, Fembot and Prometheus (when released), Barge VFB-X, Empress Tremolo and 3Xfx Fatman, though this stuff is a looooooooong way off at the moment :)
