Guys,
thought I'd see if breaking strings was a common occurrence for some.
In 15 years I've never broken a string until a gig this weekend. Always just thought it happedn to guitarists!
Lost track of the age of the strings though.....

Hey there!
We're called Rockoon. So far we've just had a few around Chelmsford.
How about you?

Haha yes I seen many comments about this dark art.
In my deference it was like than when I bought it!
And it was an absolute bargain - I'd never seen a Jag with a humbucker before.

Hi everyone! Thought I'd finally sign up as I've been haunting theses corridors reading stuff for ages
Been playing about 15 years - I currently play in a rock covers band. Never been in a pure covers band before and really enjoy it!
Kit wise I use a MiM Fender Jazz which I've fitted Seymor Duncan pickups, American style hand wound electrics, Goteh Badass II style bridge and painted neon pick
Squier Jaguar with Humbucker (previous owner replaced logo with Fender)
Fender Mark Hoppus (phase2) Signature Precison.
Ashdown ABM EvoII, 2X10 & 1X15
I look forward to getting involved with the community!

I own a mk2 in blonde and absolutely love it.
It has such a brilliant sound and I love the simplicity of only having a volume knob. I never touch and EQ controls on a guitar while playing anyway.
I highly recommend one. It is a very well made bass. I had a mk1 years back and that was equally as good, just the pickup config now may suit a different playing style.
