What’s with the Butterfly inlay? Bit of Fodera inspiration there?

What a difference in colour between the pictures, first is more “natural” and second is more of a “yellowed tint”.
Is that just the difference between picture quality or is it actually more of a yellow in daylight?

Sprayed the pickup?!
vomiting all over the body.
stringing was awful.

Both me and my partner went over to Bass Direct earlier, Marcus was very helpful and sorted my boyfriend out with the exact gig bag he wanted and a few other bits.
Marcus was really friendly and glad to help out with string gauge talk and stuff too.
10/10
Thanks Marcus & BD!

Sorry I ment to say I’ve had a few negative messages. I’ve just joined this today in the hope I can sell it. I had 14 Basses to sell. I’ve had it valued by several people and told it’s definately a vintage. I appreciate any feedback but I also need to try and sell it. It has a code on of B0311 it also has another number. If anyone can shed any more light on it that would be great.
You could find out the exact year of production by removing the neck and checking the stamp in the pocket

I’ve not made any negative comments- just trying to help identify the bass for you.
in my opinion it’s a late 90’s Sterling model by Musicman.
and it looks lovely.
Late 90’s seems like a solid guesstimate I’d say

After 94 they lost the mutes
So 93 was the first year of production for the Sterling if I’m not mistaken, there was only a year of them with mutes

I had a 94 Sterling with the same switch. Although it’s strange to me that if this is a 90’s Sterling why no bridge mutes? 🤔

Paid £150 from PMT Birmingham earlier this year
Little home use, amp is in fantastic condition.
After some money’s for Xmas and new year.
The Ashdown AAA EVO 30-8 is a charismatic little 30 watt practice amp combo with a single 8” Ashdown speaker. The amp features a straightforward 3 band EQ to control the Bass Middle & Treble, but the supplied AppTek cable and socket allows the player to expand the amp’s tonal capabilities.
Download Ashdown’s signature ABM Pre App (available via Agile Partners Amp Kit) and switch on the incredible features that you get from the formidable ABM range including Sub Harmonics, Tube Drive, Compression and comprehensive 7 Band EQ, thus transforming this little amp into a tone machine.
Click HERE to download the Ashdown app via Agile Partners Amp Kit.
The AAA EVO 30-8 comes equipped with an aux mix level control for the line input and a headphone out is also provided for silent practice – just switch on the speaker mute switch located on the rear of the amp.
The AAA EVO 30-8 maintains the core tone and features of the larger AAA EVO amps in the product range making it ideal for not only beginners looking for their first quality amp, but also experience players who need a small combo to use either at home, on the tour bus, or for warming up before the show.
Most prominently, the Ashdown AAA EVO Range has been upgraded to a premium heavy-duty buffalo Tolex covering with a stylish and distinctive vintage red grill.
