Sony MDR-7506 for mixing/recording, for me they are a true monitor headphone, I find they give an excellent clean sound and you can here every pop, click and crack, which is perfect for recording, but unfortunately because of this they are not the best for listening to music, as they are little harsh. For that I use Grado SR80's.....

I second the Woodies guitar hangers, never failed me, though solid walls a must!

If you are thinking of adding a cab later on then definitely go for the PF350, looks a nice piece of kit and has a headphone out and Line in, so I presume you can listen to music and play along through your headphones which is really useful. If you fail to bag the PF350 then I would highly recommend the B3, it is what I use all the time when practicing and is extremely versatile. Unfortunately you will struggle to find a 2nd hand one which tells me people don't easily part with them.

Have you looked at the Zoom B3 effects pedal, does everything you require plus has 99 effects to play around with and a decent tuner.

Yes sorry, Toneprint editor only available for pedals, not sure why? I use a Zoom B3 for most of my effects including drive (with a bit of Spetracomp on the BG250), and the Zoom B3 is fully editable....which is nice!

You can download the Toneprint Editor from the TC website, I haven't tried it myself but I presume you can modify the effect and reduce the volume using the software.

Also purchased the BG250-115 a couple of weeks ago and I can highly recommend it, load enough to shake your trousers, and I'm getting some wonderful tones just using the SpectraComp and Chorus.
