1. IT IS AN AWSOME BASS INDEED!

I've found some info about this bass (or at least a very same one) here: (If you don't mind) :)

You can find some review about it on : www.harmony-central.com (Bacchus Venus4-FL)

scale length 34"?
string spacing 17mm at the bridge?

Good luck with the sale...

2. Thanks mate! :) The scale length is 30". I think the same as the Hofner Violin bass or so...

The frets are in good condition just a bit of fret wear due to its age, but It wasn't in use for a long long time. I forgot to tell the nut has been changed to a bone one intsead the plastic one it has had by a luthier earlier in June. It hasn't got any cracking just a few dings and nicks.

3. Heyyyy Everyone!!!

Can anyone help me how much does this EKO 990 Barracuda bass? I have a chance to swap it for an Ibanez Studio bass plus cash from me. Does It (Eko) worth less or more than 300 quids? I really appreciate any suggestions.
Please If anyone has an idea just post your opinion. I' m having cold feet to make a deal.

Hi folks! I'm new here but I really like the BC site. I live in Hungary, but I'm going to visit the Island in July.

Here we go. I have an EKO Barracuda Bass 4 string, full size all maple semi-hollow body, 4 position pick-up selector, chromed tail piece, fully adjustable bridge, Double T Bar neck. It was restrung this month with D'addario flatwounds, now It can sing if you want or with the neck pu only it nails the motown sound and a kind of uprighty sound thanks to the hollow body If you finger picked right on the fretboard! The bass was made in the 60's in Italy, I think earlier than 1965, but around that time for sure.
I used to use It in acoustic group with flat wounds on it. I proudly can say It sounds fantastic. :)

check this site aswell: http://www.fetishguitars.com/html/eko/index/barracuda.html

If you have any questions just drop me a line: [email protected] or send a message through the forum.

I'm looking for ??? pounds for It, but may consider sensible offers!

Here's the pics:

4. Hi guys! I'm just testing the waters with this as I'm not on the Island until the July.

Here we go. I have an EKO Barracuda Bass 4 string, full size all maple semi-hollow body, 4 position pick-up selector, chromed tail piece, fully adjustable bridge, Double T Bar neck.

I consider sensible offers for it! Welcome any comments.

5. Hey! It's a beauty mate  . Maybe I'm wrong but... actually It's a Warwick Corvette Proline, not a Corvette Standard, which is came with active electronics as a standard. It has a 2 piece flamed maple body instead of bubinga and the neck is not wenge but ovangkol :). So I think It's a bit more 'edgy' than the Standard.

BUMP!

6. Whoa mate It's a Hungarian Masterpiece!!! They're unique, handmade instrument and It was awarded to the "best design" price If I remember right... :)
Anyway they really worth the price, they're goes 500-600.000 HUF which is around 1700-2000 quids used/new and they don't really drop off their price 'cause they're made for order as I learned not long ago

Good luck with the sale

BUMP!

7.
I have been mainly using my new KSD Jazz with EBS pre, so this might be up for grabs.
Looking to trade for a 5 string of some kind... or maybe a precision!
In good condition, but it is used, not mint.
Ouch, what a nice jazz. :)
How much are you looking for?
