  1. US Fender American Standard Jazz – (Born 02/2015) fitted with Aguilar AG 4J-HC Split Coil Hum Cancelling pickups - originals supplied.

Time for a change. My passive back-up bass is seeking a new home. Couple of very minor dings along the bottom and one major ding (adding character) on the top (not front) down to the very wood. Will change out the strap-locks for original strap buttons. Comes with old, but workable Hiscock case

Any questions, ask away- p+p at cost.

  2. Open to reasonable offer...?

A very subtle pedal. Not for me so... Send at cost.
From Sweetwiter: What does BBE Sonic Maximizer actually do? They have a sort of dynamic equalizer circuit in them that does most of what you hear. When a midrange signal goes over a certain threshold it applies a boost to the high frequencies. This deceptively simple sounding process can really do wonders for the clarity and dynamics of your music.

  3. No interest? How's about £85?

A tad too complicated for this old chap, so back out into the World it goes. I'll chuck postage in with the price.

Original box, power supply, like new. (I'll dust it before I send it!)

  4. Traded my USA P for his USA J.

Great guy, great comms, and delivers exactly what it says on the tin (to my door no less).

Thoroughly recommended - good to meet you, Steve.

    • Thanks 1
  5. Gone, like the wind. Traded.

As the chaps at Fender put it: AM PRO BASS RW OWT   Model: 0193610705  Serial #: US17007719   Born: 02/2017

This has been my back up bass for a few years. I would rather match my Jazz with a Jazz, so off to the great Olympic White yonder - or wherever it turns up, I feel sure you, or whoever buys it, will enjoy it.

Back in the UK for a month so it would be better to courier from here, should it sell. One small ding (pictured) which doesn’t affect the way the planet turns.

Not sure about pricing - I feel sure you’ll all let me know if it’s way too cheap 😉 I will include the original pick guard. Comes with usable case, not perfect but who is? Sorry, no case candy, but I will throw in a Mars Bar.

  6. Just purchased a Telecaster from Adam - can't praise him enough! Great comms, honest sale, and if you ever need anything packed, send it to him! (um, er... hang on...)

    Seamless transaction - thanks, Adam!

    cheers, ShaunB

  7. Up for grabs is my 2014 Lakland 55-01D, Skyline Series (the D = Deluxe as it comes with the spalted top)... it's in tip-top condition - still has the plastic film on the rear electronics box cover - it will come well packed in a padded gig bag inside a cardboard box.

Would consider a nice P-bass in trade (cash added if necessary) with the thinner neck.

Shipping at cost - will get a price on request.

    From Lakland: (http://lakland.com/55-01.htm)

Way off the deep end! Just like the 44-01, dual Bartolini MK-1 split-coil soapbars are coupled with the MK-1 preamp. The 44's and 55's have that deep Lakland cutaway on the high register side of the neck that allows easy access to ALL 22 frets up the neck for throwing licks on top of your grooves.
And we have said it before: 35-inch scale necks make for killer low B's! That is why the low tones on Skyline 5-string basses boom with piano-like clarity!

    Serial Number: 140410107 (makes it a 2014)

    Any questions, as away...
