Been reading the forum with interest - desperate to get started as soon as possible - advice seems to be to have some lessons from someone who knows what theyre doing! - So, any Upright players in Hertford area willing to take on a newbie who wants to grow old disgracefully ?

Can anyone recommend a good online upright bass tutorail - particualrly in rockabilly/blues style?

Any help much appreciated.

Not sure if youre still around and teaching in the region but I am really keen on learning some rockabilly slapping and upright bass playing and wondered if you'd be able to help.

I've tried to PM you but not sure if youve received the message as I dont seem to have had a reply - probably me being a bit dumb!
