  2. I bought this wonderful piece of kit for a trio that played irregularly and finally disbanded a while back and I no longer have any need to make my six-string bass sound like an orchestra or a gutsy organ or Jimi Hendrix! In the right hands this kit is phenomenal!! Compatible with Godin basses.

I bought the V Bass unit new a few years back and I still have the box it came in.

    It is in great condition.

£200 collected from Leamington Spa, close to M6/M40/M42 or buyer pays the postage.

    Thanks

  3. NOW SOLD!!! Thanks
    ----------------------------

    Reluctant sale but needs must.

This is a very well maintained 1984 (according to the serial number check) MADE IN JAPAN, sunburst JAZZ SOUND, from the time when TOKAI were giving Fender nightmares on quality. I've played USA Fenders and I will take an early 1980s Tokai any time.

It has been upgraded with a set of Seymour Duncan BASS LINE pickups. Otherwise it is 100% original. All the electrics are fine. The neck is fast. The truss-rod works. The metal-work has remarkably little discolouration.and no rust or knackered screws. After 32 years you would expect some fret-wear and a few small dings and scratches. It has a few but it polishes up just fine. Look at the photos......

Contact me if you have any questions. More photos can be sent if you want.

I live in Warwickshire. I am looking for £475 collected or £490 couriered.

    No trades please.

    All the best,

    Stewart

  4. Hi,

Putting this one up for sale to a good home. I bought it earlier this year as I had never had a 5-string but I will stick with my 'fours', thank you very much.

Ebonal finger board on a solid maple neck. Nice sunburst finish. It plays fine, with a 3-band EQ and a slap toggle-switch.

It is in very good overall condition. It still has the clear film on the rear plastic cover. It has a couple of small dings on the headstock...goes with the territory I guess.

A couple of idiosyncrasies...............Somebody has put a 'Fender' sticker on the headstock but we all know it is a Squier and there is no scratch-plate but the holes are there.

They go for almost £400 new. I am looking for £175, or £190 posted. I live in Warwickshire.

    Any questions, please contact me.

    Thanks

    Stewart
