Thanks I was more leaning towards it so I will probably get it.

I am buying a bass to modify and also use to gig but I'm stuck between two:

Harley Benton JB-75 in Natural

J&D JB Vintage 1975 in Natural

Both basses are in a natural finish with a maple neck and traditional Jazz controls but the Harley Benton is an Ash body and the J&D is an Alder body so It would be great just to get some opinions from people about the Body wood.

My perfect bass (The neck is a Rosewood neck with a Maple fretboard).
