Thanks guys all comments appreciated. I'll make sure i'm careful in any purchase - I know there was a period in the late 80's when Jaydee used a 3/4 length truss rod system. Which is attributed with much of the neck issues.

Neck is bolt on and made of seven pieces of bubinga and maple,with a rosewood fingerboard. Headstock is small and well recessed with two tuners either side and a string tree for correct tension. Gotoh tuners and an Iceni Sustain bridge.
