  1. Hi folks,

Very pleasant experience buying a bass (Sire V7 1st gen) from Ben.

Very helpful, offering various options on how to post ( I could not collect in person as living too far), very communicative.

Bulletproof packaging indeed, I can’t see how this would get damaged in transit unless handled by the most incompetent courier.

Ben kept me up to date on progress of posting which was very fast too and also provided all tracking info.

    Thanks a lot.

    Martin

  2. hm, own experience with so called bass tutor -> 1. asking what song do you want to learn, 2. checked tabs online, wrote down by pencil, 3. played it a bit. when done go to 1.
(amps we had there were everything but bass, 8 inch driver etc..)
Maybe unlucky me but after couple of lessons i quit as complete rubbish.

Since somebody mentioned S.Cowell and that kind of TV shows this always make me laughing:

Crikey. You just can't give Spectors away at the minute can you? :(

Bit of a long shot - but I don't suppose you'd be interested in a Boss RC-3 as part ex?

    Hi,

Thanks for the offer but not really into such thing, long way to get there... ;-)

  5. My favourite album is S&M (got DVD & CD) - never ever again i went back to studio versions of those songs. Welcome Home Sanitarium, Mama said, Nothing Else Matters, Unforgiven - have been listening to these all over again and again, love them and also love the bass style.Hardly any trash ;-P
Pretty much for me Jason is the most charismatic of Metallica bass players, now for how they treated him my thanks to his contribution to those wonderful songs I always enjoy.
