I have a 500watt obt and a sp212 for sale

Just bought an orange bass terror 1000watt from Pete.

There was a slight mixup due to the courier and Pete was on it and had it sorted no issues whatsoever and kept my informed all the way through.

Absolute gentleman and all round really nice guy.

Having used the sp212 with the bass terror for over a year I have to say I love it.

More than enough power and overall sound to compete with a 5 piece rock n roll band.

I love mine so much I went and bought his big brother sp410.

If you guys think the sp212 is heavy then I suggest a trip to the gym as I have my bass on shoulder, amp in left hand and can in right :-)

Quick question, does anyone know if orange discontinued their SP cab line?

I for one love them and thanks to our very own timmchale I recently took receipt of a sp410 to pair up with my sp212, this isn't really relevant but I'm just so happy with it I felt like mentioning it :-)

Bought Tims SP410 without a hitch.

Great guy to deal with and very good comms throught.

He also went out if his way to get the cab to me for a gig I had lined up. To be honest you can't say more than that :-)

Ok further more could anyone recommend a brand of pickups for this jazz body??

I'm hoping for the neck pup to be very meaty while the bridge pup would ideally be mid/treble heavy and I'm hoping the control panel tone pot will be very responsive to fatten up the pups or brighten them up easily enough.

I play purely classic rock, soul and Motown so if anyone has any suggestions then please feel free :-)

Ok we'll now I need pups and control panel.

It has a control plate along with it but no pots :-(

Hello all.

I'm getting a mim jazz body on Saturday.

The fella I'm getting it from is a really nice guy and I have no reason to disbelieve him that its genuine.

However as this is the first time I've only taken a body I'm unsure of genuine or fakes.

I have added a few pics and hope you can clarify this for me.

I have recently went back to my amazing bootsy pedal however it now has 2 faults.

It won't power up on a battery (cables all seem connected fine)

When powered up by my power supply I get a horrible noise through it :-/ (power supply is fine as its used with my DHA pedal.

Does anyone know a place this can get fixed???
