I'm interested to know what people think of Gallien Krueger cabs, i have a GK 2001RB head so would like to have a matching cab but ive never used them, how do they rate over other cabs people have played? ideally i'd love to have a big powerhouse cab or Barefaced cab but i just cant afford one of those right now! :-D

Thanks for your replies out of interest are the which cabs out of the neos and the RBH are better? i dont really have much experience with GK,

Hi all, i recently purchased a Gallien Krueger 2001RB, i'm currently using a couple of cheapy behringer cabs and would like to upgrade, i have a 1x15 and a 4x10, the 4x10 is supposed to be 1000w but i'm not so sure as ive recently got a bit of a crackle in one of the cones since using this new head. Anyways i would just like to hear what your opinions on cabs are and experiences etc etc :-D

Haha yeah sorry "Growl" is a bad word to use , well the guy on this link has Justin's sound nailed although he uses a Wal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtM-rKr-ueI i i know you guys say you can get a similar tone from a stingray and thunderbird, and actually i am thinking about getting a thunderbird along with a sansamp bass driver pedal to go through my GK2001rb i should manage to get somewhere near with that set up really

I would sell my soul to have that Wal bass sound! unfortunatly no-one wants to buy it and i can't afford to buy a Wal so i was just wondering if anyone else has managed to replicate or get somewhere near that amazing growling tone that it has? an example of the tone i'm after is Justin Chancellors bass tone in their song Vicarious. i know that 90% must be his bass that accomplishes that tone so im guessing its a long shot but worth asking about :-P

So Bassists, i'm considering getting a Thunderbird but i can't decide whether to go for an original Gibson Thunderbird or one of the new Epi Pro models? i was interested to know if anyone has played on both and compared? the newer Epi's look pretty good and sounds like they have ironed out some of the problems with the original epiphones?

i'm interested to know if there is any differnce in playability, tone? for such a vast price difference am i just paying for the name or are they genuinely better?

ive heard good things about both of these line 6 units, i may look into the G30 actually, i think i was being a little too specifc just saying rack, is there any latency issues with G30?

Hi just wanting to get your opinions on any of these heads, i'm looking to buy a new head (would love a 2001rb but really i don't need that much power) i play metal mainly looking for a nice growly tone, kind of Mike D'Antonio or Justin Chancellor style, just interested to see if any of you use these heads and what you personally would recommend?

Hi i am looking to get a wireless system for my rack, i have no clue whats good?? i don't want to spend crazy prices but also don't want to buy a cheapy, could anyone recommend anything they have used ? many thanks :-)
