1. Hey guys. i am putting my line 6 bass pod xt up for sale. It is a great bass workstation for effects, tuning, amps and direct recording. It comes with a AC adapter and instructions on how to use it.

I am selling it as I am not very good with effects and i am not in a band so I have no need for it at the moment.

It is in good condition with everything working. It has been hardly used.
For £100 or trade. Only collection please. :D

2. Im asking this as I am getting a new bass, the sterling by musicman ray34ca and I dont think my fender rumble amp will give it any justice.

I found a really good cheap Gallien Kreuger combo that has all the features I need apart from these active and passive inputs which I don't know if it will be important in any way. The ray34ca (ca=classive active) is an active bass and I am quite a beginner in bass amps and sounds so I may need answers.

Thanks, D.W.

3. Hey guys I have been playing the bass for 5 years now. I have learned a lot about the techniques and stuff involved with the bass. I have now started improvising and creating songs now. But I need help with rhythm.

Most of the time when I play a song, I mostly focus on the finger work and what frets to play but when I play the song, the bass-line just doesn't fit in with the rest of the song, so I started thinking about rhythm and how it can keep me on track with the song i am playing so I try to find the tempo and I try to play it while keeping on track but while i try to think about the rhythm i am also trying to think about what notes to play, I then get in a muddle and I lose track as well as play the wrong notes. So i am now going to ask my fellow basschatters if they can help me keep on rhythm and play the right notes at the same time, which is multi tasking. So here is my question:

Are there any exercises I can do to develop my sense of rhythm and keep playing the right notes at the same time?

P.S Does anyone know where I can get a non-electronic Metronome for a cheap price?

I know this seems like a beginners question but it would be great if I got a good answer.

Thanks. Dan

4. Probably for my first product to sell on this is my line 6 bass pod xt (since i don't how the hell to use it!) I don't use it much for gigs or anything but if i wasn't a noob at effects or recording, I would probably love it.

5. After exploring the forum, I can understand now that nobody will buy it later when I have the cash for a new one. I saw the for sale section and i keep seeing basses and cabs that are way out of my price range (so it will go on ebay).

Thanks Bert. Love the comment :D . I think I will enjoy it since it has great members.
