looking to sell this on behalf of my mate.

It is going on ebay as well later today but i thought i would post it here in case of any interest.

A modded Gibson Les Paul BFG unfinished in Goldburst

Bought in 2008 , has been gigged maybe ten times , has been used for various different recordings, perfect when coupled with a good plexi head.

This has been fully shielded inside , with a balanced cable running from the killswitch , which has been re fitted with a sturdier model.
Before this was done there were extreme noise issues with the killswitch , even when in the off position,which is common with the BFG models. The customizing that has been done to it has turned it into the beautiful sounding guitar that it is today.

This was done at a cost of £150 by a skilled guitar engineer.

It has resulted in the guitar sounding more like a classic Les Paul , but with still enough balls to roar when it has to.

The pickups are a "burstbucker 3" on the bridge and the almighty rock monster that is the "P90" in the neck position.

This guitar has to be played to be appreciated, coupled with a good valve head this will give you any tone from sweet blues to filthy metal.

I really don't want to sell this guitar but need a valve combo , so it very unfortunately has to leave my collection.

It comes in the original gibson hard case

He is looking for £800 + postage for it but is willing to negotiate.

After a lot of consideration, i have decided to put my precision up for sale.

I got this from jezzaboy last year just as my original band were folding and i was starting out on another venture.

Sadly the other venture never really went anywhere and this now sits in it's case in the cupboard, unused as i am no longer playing.

It is the newer precision with the HMV bridge and the lightweight tuners, it is in perfect condition, still the original strings!!

I recall something from Jez's sale thread where he mentioned a ding on the front but it is impossible to see unless looking for it, will try to get a better picture later on.

The scratchplate, white one included, was put on by Jez, i think.

I am looking for what i paid for it which was £600, no trades are sought.

I'm in glasgow, southside, and would prefer pick up but if required i will post.

The courier shall be as the buyer's choice and paid for by them.

Due to no longer being in a band i no longer have any use for my Ashdown LoMenzo overdrive pedal.

I have priced this at £30 which includes P&P.

The pedal has been used for gigging and practise but is boxed, albeit a bashed box, and in perfect working condition.

I am at my work at the moment and am unable to post photos but i guess that you all will know what these look like. If requested i will post photos on the ad tonight.

hi,

i am no longer in a band so am looking to move on my unused gear.

I bought this new about three years ago and have used it in practise a handful of times and gigged it once.

i found it easier on the back just to use rehearsal gear and pub's backlines than humph this around!!

it is in very good nick but there is one tear on the vinyl covering.

I am looking for £50 picked up from the south side of glasgow.

I will put up photos if anyone is interested in them.
