Here i have a Bass Pod XT Pro for sale, excellent condition still with the original box and foam inserts so i am willing to post this.

There isn't much to say about this, apart from... £190, + £10 postage however collection from Huddersfield is welcome.

How is the body routed under the scratch plate?? HSH or the big everything route?

also, any chance of a pic of inside the neck pocket on the body??

I've got a Bass Pod XT Pro and you can turn the amp/cab/mic sims off a patch.

I'm possibly looking to sell too... im in two minds as it does everything very well.. apart from synths, and i need synths.

hey guys, im trying to get something similar to this sound, a ball park sound..

ive been using the pod xt and using a synth lead effect.. but it adds a lot of extra noise and a phasing modulation wave sound over it too along with some volume inconsistencies... any suggestions of something to use to get something similar?? im not looking to nail the tone.. i'd just like to get a better idea of what's going on there.

where do you get your instrument insurance from?? im going to be leaving my amp in a rehearsal room above a pub.. which isnt always the most secure place.. so i need some insurance.

I had some a long time ago that covered gear in rehearsal space.. being transported.. basically gear anywhere apart from in an unattended car.

oh GAS has already started.. im currently in the process of trading my sansamp for an ashdown mag 210 combo as i need an amp.. i think the sansamp is a nicer bit of kit.. but i need something for an upcoming gig.

but as im a Huddersfield boy.. i will of course be aiming ultimately for a Matamp GT200

i have lived in huddersfield all my life and never visited matamp, maybe its time!

Hi, i'm firstly a player of the 6 strings of 16 years... (don't hate me) but i have also taken up bass more recently.. i have to admit i initially thought.. 4 strings... chugging along with the rhythm, easy... but i've come to be more interested in the bass.. attempting to learn more techniques, learning about bass rigs. I still have a fair few bass noob questions to band around these boards as i learn.

Currently my setup consists of a 1998/99 fender P bass (MIM) and a Sansamp bass driver which i run into some speakers i use as a monitor. Im currently looking at expanding my setup either with pedals, a pod xt or a rack setup...

so i will either want to be trading my sansamp in for a bass pod xt or some rack amp gear... or a few pedals.. a lot to consider.

I like the idea of a bass rack as i run a guitar rack setup with a nice rack head and a g-major which i am very happy with.. but it would be a slow process saving up for the gear.
