3. Here we have a beautiful 'Charcoal Frost' American Jazz bass made around 08/09.

I bought it in 2017 and have loved playing with it in this time, very easy and fast to play, nice and light.

I have a white and totoise shell pick guard for it and a hefty flight case too!

There's a couple of dings I have pictured, any questions feel free to ask :)

this is a guitar pedal primarily but I loved the 0c-2 style sound using it with bass, it also has a glitch button on the front panel that makes a  crusher type sound.

  5. Hi, not sure if this is the best place to post this?

Oh well, just a bit of shameless self promotion of something other basschatters might enjoy 😊

I start a podcast called the sound of honey   it's gonna be a weekly podcast where I (Manchester based bassist) talk to my muso friends about the subjectively interesting aspects of being a musician. Have a listen and let me know what you think!

next episode is out this Wednesday with a saxophonist who, among other things, recently played a gig with Marcus miller. Let me know if there's anyone you think i should chat with.

    Cheers,

    Andy

  6. Having a little pedal clear out, stuff i don't use very often etc.

    BOSS CEB-3 - £65

    in perfect condition.

beautiful chorus for jaco/80s style sounds.

i have the box but it's located up north so if you would like the box it may take a little while longer to get to you.

    BOSS ODB-3 - £40

in very good condition, couple of scratches here and there.

does what it says on the tin.

i have the box but it's located up north so if you would like the box it may take a little while longer to get to you.

    EHX Bass Balls - £35

    perfect condition.

this is the bigger version of the pedal, twin dynamic filter pedal with a distortion switch, funky and gritty.

yet again i have the box but it's located up north.

    Markbass Compressore - £90

Usual small marks on casing from general wear, nearly perfect though.

This is the older 'angled' model, works perfectly, sounds great with all the controls needed for proper tailored compression.

Unfortunately I lost the original power supply, so there is no power included, it takes 12v, no box with this either but will be well packaged (as with all these peals)

    KORG AX5B multi effects - £40

    perfect condition.

this is a cheap multi effects, with a very interesting layout, you can patch together up to 4 sounds (pre-fx/drive amp/modulation/delay/reverb and it has a wah/fx/volume pedal. it's a very handy little thing and you can store up to 40 of your own presets, as well as 40 other factory presets. i've had a lot of fun with this pedal but time has come to pass it on.

it doesn't come with the box/instructions but there is a pdf of the manual online which i can hunt out if need be. it takes 4xAA batteries or you can power it from a 9v supply.

well that's everything, feel free to message me with trades etc but i have no time for time wasters.

    job lot - £240.

I'm located in Manchester, free postage with all pedals, or collection if you're nearby.

    Cheers

  7. This is the older 'angled' model, works perfectly, sounds great with all the controls needed for proper tailored compression.

Unfortunately I lost the original power supply, so there is no power included, it takes 12v.

Usual small marks on casing from general wear, i will upload pics later if requested.

Located in Manchester, £90, free postage.

    ***£200***
Got this bass 5 months ago from a friend who has played and loved it for years, it was a fun fling, but fretless isn't for me.

As you can see from the pics there is some nice patina from its workhorse days.
The hard case has been knocked about a bit but still going strong, and loads of room for cables pedal etc.
