Unseen which one you use, make sure that it get´s fed from a tuner out and is not between your bass and amp. I have two different Korg rack tuners and both create clicking noises when they are in the audio signal path.

I need it for my Studio. The signal path would be:

    Bass > KORG TUNER > Avalon U5 > DBX 131 (Graphic EQ) > DBX 160A (Comp/Limit) > Audio Interface > Mac

Do you think I'll have problems?

"a city in south-eastern Spain, the capital and most populous city of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and the seventh largest city in the country, with a population of 436,870 inhabitants in 2009 (about one third of the total population of the Region). The population of the metropolitan area was 638,217 in 2008. It is located on the Segura River, in the Southeast of the Iberian Peninsula, noted by a mild climate with hot summers, tepid winters and scarce precipitation and some very, very nice Fender Victor Bailey Signature Fretless basses with gold hardware" :P
:) :) :D

As molan says, I'm from Murcia. I think he's described it much better than I've never could. God Bless Wikipedia!!

  3. Hi again!!

This time, I buy avery beautiful MUSICMAN STINGRAY IV 3EQ. It only has a few marks of playing, and a little chipping on the back side, but not very important, and it doesn't has any influennce on its sound.

It's sound is superb. Simply. It's a very known bass, so I don't bore you with unnecessary details:

I don't speak English very well, so I'll show you the photos, and you'll see whats's the real condition of it:

It's yours for 1.150€. Please, send me a PM if you're interested on it.

  4. Hi again!!

This is a FENDER JAZZ BASS VICTOR BAILEY IV FRETLESS with EPOXY on the fingerboard. It only has a few marks of playing, but not very important. In fact, it don't appears at the photos. They are only visible if the light is in a very specific way.

It sounds superb. It has a bit "modern" sound that other Fenders but it keeps the sound's essence of Fender instruments:

It's yours for 1500€. Please, send me a PM if you're interested on it.

  5. Hi!!

    I'm Bartok. I'm a spanish Electric Bass & Tuba player, and I'm 30.

I work as Tuba teacher at "Conservatorio Profesional de Música de San Javier", in San Javier (Región de Murcia, SPAIN) and as Tuba Soloist at "Orquesta Sinfónica de la Región de Murcia" (Región de Murcia, SPAIN).

My principal instrument, as you can see, is the Tuba; but I enjoy a lot playing Electric Bass and some music styles that are a bit unusual for the Tuba , like Jazz & Funk.

About my musical preferences, I can tell tha I'm loving Fenders Jazz Basses, and I prefer 4 strings. I love Jaco Pastorius, Chuck Mangione, Herbie Hancock, Avishai Cohen, Hiromi, etc... The list is neverending...

I decided to register at www.basschat.co.uk for learning all I could about Electric Bass, and for practising English. (I'm sorry if it's very bad and you can't understand me, I promise trying to improve it. By the other side, you can correct me everytime I need it. No problem. :) )

    All the best,
    Bartok
