  1. I played one of these not so long a go for the drummer and guitarist in the band (They are both music teachers) It was rad seeing all these kids playing these songs with a "live" band infront of an entire theater for the first time. Quite a nice feeling to be involved in something so beneficial along with getting paid a fair amount too!

  2. Hey guys, I bought a P bass on the cheap not so long ago as a little project bass.
I am now looking to crack on with this and get some new pickups and electronics to get it sounding nice!
Its a split pickup P with a tone and a volume pot.
I am looking for that motown deep Jamerson sound man rocking some flatwounds on it too!
    Thoughts and suggestions gang! Cheers!

Just seen this on ebay, I am looking to get a stand for my double bass as at the moment it is resting on its side.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this stand? It is gona be purely for home use, possibly gigging in the near future once I consider myself confident with the stick!

  4. Gigged once, realized its abit of overkill and its since been sitting in my room holding all my flatcaps haha! Its in good knick and a nice little extension cab I just dont need it, my 2x10 is doing enough for me!
Its 250watts at 8 ohms all info available here

    Cheers Gang!

I have seen the sales section on the site and there are a few that take my fancy however I would like to get some friendly and helpful advice from you guys first!
    Cheers in advance!

The Skints - Part & Parcel

So much talent in this band it's bizarre, four piece band and three of them are awesome vocalists and lyricists in addition to their instrumental duties. If you have any interest in reggae at all buy it. Less punk than their first album, and way more diverse from track to track, stunning when you think they had to use pledgemusic to get it made in the first place. Best band in the country at the moment?

Got that album the other day, its really great. Can see it being the soundtrack to my summer!

Im giving the new Cancer Bats album a listen. Its not bad but a bit repetitive if anything. Im finding that with alot of heavy stuff nowadays.
