  1. In bar 2 of the chorus X is a B natural, the third of a G7 chord. The whole chorus though is 8 bars and in bar 6 the bass stays on a G. The backing vocal part singing "pull me back" is singing Bb to C, which is probably the Bb you're hearing. The dissonance that Bb creates (#9 over the G7) draws your attention to it and is probably what's confusing.

  2. Hi, I don't often post here, but I read BC regularly. I did a transcription of "Too Young To Die" and a couple of other early Jamiroquai tracks recently. Here it is, thought it wouldn't hurt to put it out there. Would be cool to hear what anyone thinks of it, or any alterations they'd suggest.

    Yeh he did use a Wal on the album but he defintely used a stingray as well, a stingray 5 to be precise, one of the only times he's ever used one methinks, check it out on the dvd funky monks, and the song of the same name.
