1. For sale my Mesa Boogie Walkabout amp. This is the black faceplate model, the latest of the three versions and now discontinued.

It's in full working order and in good condition, mostly kept in a case in my smoke and pet free house There are some screws missing that hold the top chassis in place, but that doesn't effect it's firmness. The top chassis is still tightly fitted to the amp.

This amp was originally a 110V version, but it was professionally converted to 230V with an original Mesa Walkabout transformer as you can see in one of the pics.

It currently has two Tung Sol preamp 12AX7 tubes, but I will include the original Mesa tubes.

£650/€720 £575/€630 + shipping

Bank transfer only please and no trades.

Thanks for looking.

Not sure, I had a look on the back, but there are no markings. I had another 55-76 a few years ago, and it had the same. I imagine the exposed pole pieces were to mimic the Stingray look, and possibly get a more similar tone. A Bartolini wouldn't have the same bark, IMO.

Awesome bass!! The pickup could be Seymour Duncan? I remember the stock model had a Seymour Duncan pickup.

GLWTS.

3. I bought a pedal from Mike. Great guy to deal with and a very smooth transaction.

4. I traded my cabs with Gilles and bought his Darkglass Vintage Microtubes.
We met up halfway in Belgium for the trade and a drink.
Great communication and smooth transaction!

Thanks Gilles!

5. I bought an amp (aguilar db359) from Gavin. Very nice guy to deal with! Since the db359 is such a rare beast and I'm located in Holland, he kept me very well informed on the tracking and delivery.

I would definitely do business with him again.

Thanks Gavin!
