The measurements between the screws are 18mm one way & 36mm the other, Im not sure how to attach a pic

Well it just goes to show if you ask questions you will get the answer,& guess what, it was the "ear" of the G machine head, its loose

I've got a Matt Freeman squier precision & the truss rod buzzes, Ive drilled through the 9th & 15h fret markers & poured in watered down PVA but still it buzzes.
Anybody any other solutions

Which is which, I know the volume but which are the others. If you playing, the one at 12 o clock is.... 2 o clock ... & 3 o clock
