Only had a few hour play since i got it a few years back (id say 6 hours tops)brought it for some low volume jamming with a mate who only plays acoustic guitar,he's long since moved away and it been sat in the corner
un-used for a while now so as im under order to "get rid of some stuff" & its not getting used its gotta go......
Looking for £100 + what ever del might be (unless you want to come pick it up?)
what does it weigh please?
My Scales says its bang on 9.0 lbs
Body as i recall from the SX/Rondo specs is solid alder, also im guessing the replacement tuners add a little to the stock weight which was reported as 8.5 lbs

Hey Guys
Brought this a few years back from RussFM here on BC as at the time i had a mild hankering for some thing a little more trade shape/tone wise
& while its a very nice bass i haven't really played it much since i got it and i rather it get passed on than just sit in the case (im also under orders to "get rid of some of that stuff......")
Upgrades to this SX include:
Replacement Goth Tuners and Wizard 64 Pups (both bridge and neck) & Faker jazz bass decal replacing the SX logo on the headstock
These upgrades where done before i got it,the bridge had also been replaced at sometime but RussFM had swapped it back out to a standard bent jazz bridge before i got hold of it.
I do have a Schaller 4-String Roller Bass Bridge kicking about somewhere that i was going to put on it but i never got around to fitting it (would sell the bass with for an extra £30)
Theres a small dig in the body edge (check out the pics below)and a few light marks but over all its in great condition,as i said its a great bass but its just not getting used atm
Looking for £140 + Del without the Schaller or £170 + Del with the Schaller
OR maybe a straight swap for a 7 string Guitar! (needs to be a 7 string as i have enough 6 stringers and basses)
IF your going to PM me plz reply here first so that ppl can see that you might have dibbs
Heres a few pics
Any ?'s let me know
Cheers

Just like Jam,Opeth/PT (and pink floyd) were the bands that made me want to pick up the guitar, after playing bass for nearly 20 years i was feeling a little bass'ed out and need'ed a break from it,so i decide to buy a few guitars & spend a bit of quality time on it,now after nearly 2 years spent with a 90% of my playing time on a guitar instead of a bass i have a new found respect for both instruments.
Im not saying that you cant learn all you need to know about harmony and melody on just the bass but for myself (just like Hobbayne)i found things to become much clearer after playing guitar for a little while,it also got my fingers out of there bass pattern rutts,im not saying that i now play bass like a guitarist but i no longer play guitar like a bassist if that make sense,& anyone who thinks your betraying what it means to be a bass player just because you picked up a guitar for a while really hasn't got a clue. -

Here's a Tobias Toby 5 T "Deluxe" 5 string

Great condition for a 16 year old bass no dings or dents, all round a great budget 5 string handy as a backup or as a break into using a 5 string
I did have a gig bag for this but it was stolen/lost at a local jam but i would pack well for Pickup/Delivery
£100 + del if you want to arrange it
Cheers

Hey guys
Time for me to clear out a few items that aren't getting any play time
Here's my Ash/Red Parker P38 (non piezo)
Ash body
Maple neck
Rosewood FB
Parker custom wound alnico pickups
Custom Wilkinson® vibrato bridge (can't find the wang bar but im told its a standard 5mm wilkinson bar replacements are about £5 on evilbay)
22 medium jumbo nickel/silver
Neck Radius 12"
Scale length 25 ½"
more specs info in this PDF Manual
She's a real nice light guitar with a super slim/fast neck (a bit to slim for me after 20 years of bass playing i have to say)
Over all condition is very good with just a small lacquer dimple below the bridge and a small 5-6 mm scratch on the rear right side
Also inc is a Woodies Invisible Guitar Wall Hanger with extra spacing block (worth about £15)
Got the spacer direct from woodies because of the slight body curve in the P38's up horn was forcing it away from the lower mounts socket (if you want pics of how this works just ask)
Heres a few crappy phone pics will try and grab some better/daylight shots when its not so overcast!
Willing to post at buyer expense/risk don't have a case but it will be very well packaged
Looking for £200 +del
Cheers
