As with most boost only pre amps, a little goes a long way. I think it's a fantastic pre amp, I never boost more than 20%% - 30% for bass and even less for the treble. It sits in most mixes beautifully and if I need to add mids, I EQ my amp to do the work...

Drummer required for Milton Keynes based original Prog/Alternative band. Must be able to and be prepared to play to a click track and trigger samples. Auditions will be held in October.
There will be regular rehearsals in MK leading to recording in Q1/Q2 2016 with an album launch late 2016.

Be aware that Sadowsky have moved, no longer at the foot of Brooklyn Bridge...!

I've had two NYC's in the past, the second one I 'offed' due to a dead spot on the high D. I've owned 2 Metro's and also currently have a Metro UV70, in my opinion the attention to fit, finish and detail is every bit as good as a NYC, if anything I think the fretwork on the Metro's have trumped the NYC's.
I'd favour a Metro everytime unless you have to have a 'coffee table top' custom only available on the NYC's.

Sadowsky Metro features a slightly undersized J body with pickup placement in '60s location. Maple board/ash body - no VTC on this one, having used both I wouldn't have it either!
Absolutely immaculate second hand Sadowsy MV5 + case - no dings or bumps. I bought this new to give 5's a try, gigged it once and went back to 4's. No trades, £1395.00 firm. Pick up only or I'll meet you within reasonable driving distance
(I live near St. Albans).
Come and get an immaculate Sadowsky at a second hand price.

Frost* are a great band - wonderful album. John Mitchell is also an outstanding recording engineer and producer.
Have a listen to It Bites - The Tall Ships!
