They seem to really vary, which is what I can't get my head round. I bid on a sunburst one last week on Ebay but didn't win and it sold for £475. There's a black one on there that's been up for months on end at £800 and the same one's been on Reverb for a few years

Always fancied one but have never actually played one. Anyone ever owned one and what were your thoughts on how they play and sound? I just missed out on one on Ebay last week that went for £475, is that about the right price these days, as I've seen them priced higher but they never seem to sell.

I'm currently wanting to buy a Precision and have been looking for a white MIJ Squier as I had one a few years ago and really liked it. I have seen a couple of MIM Fenders for sale quite cheap though but I don't know alot about them? Any advice on which is the better bass as I've heard the MIM basses aren't meant to be that good??
