2. In full working order and excellent cosmetic condition. No flaws on front. A few light belt buckle scratches in the lacquer on the back near the bottom - shown in the photos (don't confuse glare from the camera flash with blemishes - the only blemishes are the ones mentioned).

Will include the Jim Dunlop strap locks fitted if you want them. If not I can refit the original strap buttons.

Comes with the original Yamaha hard case.

This is the best sounding bass I have ever had, and features on most of the studio recordings I have done over the last few years. The variety of tone available from the active electronics is better than that of my Yamaha John Myung Signature 6-string, and the B string comes through so clearly on this bass.

3. About 1 year old from new. Cost me $850 plus shipping from the USA plus Customs duties & taxes. Looking for £500.
It's a 6-string model finished in Trans-Black: a beautiful-looking bass. Plays really nicely and has a great sound - obviously not just like a real upright but as close as you are going to get from an EUB. I have been using it through a Fishman preamp into a Roland Bass Cube and have always got a great sound.

I am selling it reluctantly, along with a couple of other basses, to raise funds for a really good quality upright to replace my current plywood one.

More details from the maker's website: http://ergoinstrumen...B_6_String.html

Comes with the tripod stand provided and a soft case which I bought to keep it safe. I have also provided a soft case for the tripod.

Made from a single piece of Honduran Mahogany. 42" scale length. Built-in piezo pickup.

In excellent condition. I am using a small ebony wedge to keep the adjustable bridge right on the sweet spot. No one else who has played it needs it, and Jesse - the maker- has never come across anyone else who needed one, so it must just be my rubbish technique. Anyway, it does the job just fine and I will include that if anyone wants it.

I will not post it - it's far too precious to entrust to barbaric couriers - but will be happy to drive to meet you part-way or even all the way if not too far, for round trip cost of diesel at 50mpg.

Feel free to come and try it out - I am in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, YO15.
