brilliant thank you, yes the harmony and double pedal give and sound very good, it saves anyone doing backing as they dont really want to play and sing lol, rock on the bass player lol lol

thank god some people also find it differicult to sing and play bass at the same time i thought it was just me, iv taken over lead vox and play bass, iv got 20 songs down so far but by god it has not been easy, first gig march 2022, im now looking forward to it, but its still not natural lol

i use the tc helicon c1, t1, r1,h1 and d1 they are pretty awsome, im not a great singer but can hold a tune, i find these pedals just give me alittlehelp and they are very simple to use, which is great cos im not that tec minded

Used to play in a couple of original punk bands back in the 80s, had a long time out, got back into playing maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Been playing with my original metal band for about 3 years now - recently been in the studio recording our first EP 😀.  Also recently hooked up with a couple of old mates to play some rock covers, which is proving very enjoyable & something different!

 

Gear - I've been through quite a lot of basses, amps, cabs, pedals etc over the last few years, hunting the perfect sound (I guess most of us have been down that road?!).  Anyway, a while back I bought a Darkglass B7k which was a revelation!  I've now got hold of a Microtubes 900 head (bought on here), which is absolutely awesome! I pair it with a variety of Hartke Hydrive cabs (always loved them) - either 2 x 210s, a single 410 or a 410/115 for really big noise!  I've kept hold of around 7 basses, but tend to favour my Jackson JS2, Ibanez SRX360, Yamaha TRBX504 & of course my Ibanez Destroyyyeeerrrrr!  I'm very much a passive bass guy - even my active basses are rewired passive 😀

Please can anyone give me some advice, I play bass and Lead Vox, and would like to purchase the helicon C1 to help correct some of my vocals, the device has and instrument in and out in order that the device reconises your key, however i cannot find anywhere if this will work for a bass instrument, it will work for guitar, keys, etc please can anyone give me any advise to whether this works with a bass instrument, the other alternative is to manually change the key setting before each song, which is abit pants live, or i give it to the guitarist to plug into his pedal board, any advice please guys thank you

I am playing rock ( thunder songs ), some of the songs are 1/2 ballads and then rock up half way through, has anyone used a line 6 xt live and know what is the best rock sound and then best ballad sound in order that i can switch between sounds throughout the song, thanks guys

just introducing myself, i am sy been playing bass for about 20 years, I am in a thunder tribute band, my gear is , 4x10 hartke cab and a 1x 15 hartke cab powered by a 500watt hartke head, just in the middle of buying a line 6 xt pod with fbv board, i use a warwick vampyre bass and have a yamaha trb4 back up, I love rock and finding the thunder songs a pleasure to play,
