Roland UM-ONE-MK2 USB/MIDI interface   £20 inc. postage (mainland UK only). Got some 5 pin DIN MIDI gear that you need to connect to your laptop / other USB thing? Here's what you need. Unused, seem to be around £44ish new so £20 posted (Royal Mail 2nd class jiffy bag). 5 pin DIN in and out with 700mm of cable, USB A with 1200mm of cable on the other end. No box.   Requires driver, see downloads page for available Windows and Mac drivers. So I guess it's not class compliant.
