I was at the point where I was seriously thinking about selling this bass after only having it for a few months. When it turned out the FX loop on the pre did not work, Perry kept his patience and gave me the opportunity to resolve things. It was fixed by a tech of Perry's choice (I of course paid the bill) and all was resolved amicably.
