Sold a TC Electronics cab to Jim today, in what was a very easy transaction. Turns out we live only a few minutes away from one another! Expect there could be a few more transaction happening in the future :)

Good to meet you today Jim

Met Jim at his house today and he bought my '76 Fender P bass.

A great experience all round!

Played stacks of basses including a 1920 double bass! (When I say played I am using some SERIOUS poetic license!)

Lovely guy thoroughly recommended! And he lives near Platypus so you can do two deals at once a lot of the time!!! :)

I bought a couple of Epifani cabs from Jim last night. Blimey what an arsehole! He was rude, unhelpful and smelly...

Nah, only kidding! hehe :) The transaction was a breeze from start to finish. Lovely guy, very friendly and keen to have me try the gear before taking it away.

Jim is a great ambassador for the BassChat Marketplace.

Nice one Jim :)

I bought Jim's Roscoe recently, top gent, met me at a client's address in London to hand over which was really appreciated as I didnt relish the thought of couriers manhandling the instrument... although he probably scared the sh*te out of my client's security people! ;)

First class comms and a real pleasure to deal with.

Thanks mate - loving the bass :)

I bought BigJim's BayBee 5 string Bee Bass off of him, absolutely no issues whatsoever! We met in a seedy service station car park (bet at least 90% of us have done trades in these places!) and did the deal! Now my 10 string Bee Bass has a tiny brother! :)

Did a trade with Jim today. He's a nice fella and Is a credit to BC. Everything went as it should do and the bass was exactly as described in the ad. All things bass related talked about too (masks and social distancing of course). No tea and biscuits for obvious reasons. Always a pleasure to meet a BC'er face to face, although I didn't see his face because of his mask 😂

Have no doubts he's the genuine article and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again. Thanks again Jim and I hope your drive home was uneventful 😀

Cheers

Dunc
