A girl at our gig on Saturday night recorded a Diamond Head/Metallica number we do, and she put it on Facebook. I know the quality is as would be expected in such circumstances, but I'm 54 and I don't think I've ever seen myself on any kind of recorded pictures.
So apologies, but this is a little triumph to me that somebody actually cared that much.

From LushFest 2012 yesterday, playing guitar with sitarist Sheema Mukherjee.

You may enjoy the dancers :D

And you would be right!!! Top marks for being professional and not gaping (as I would)

Its a cool song.

Nice vid Nige - and yes the dancers were excellent - the Indian vibes (which I totally dig) reminded me of this great Indo-fusion project I did a couple of years ago with a brilliant composer/solo artist called Niraj Chag - we did three gigs only - this one is at the wonderful LSO ST Lukes in London - the other was at the equally lush CBSO Hall in Birmingham - some of the best musos I've ever worked with - the first clip here features an 8-piece choir and full band:

Sadly the bass is low in the mix as I didn't really go through the PA - the venue is meant for classical music so most of my sound on the night was coming from my Epifani rig on stage... oh well - I hope you enjoy - sounds good on headphones

Since it's raining most of the time I'm just keeping myself occupied with some programmed loops while I try out my new in-ears..

Beautiful tone.

Thank you... not much you can change about the tone but I like the simplicity of a Pro Wal.
There's just one pick up and volume and tone are all the way and I love the sound.
Just put it through a Tc Electronic RH450 and a Bergantino AE212 in my livingroom and it keeps inspiring me..

Let's not forget the great Mick Karn.. I can try to avoid his style but he was a huge influence and everytime I pick up a bass his spirit appears. Not that I pretend to be any good but it's a great thing that he lives on in the playing of hundreds of bassplayers, that's a great legacy !

Hmmm... Well this video is from this spring and I will not do any gigs with this band anymore. I had enough, long story with easy solution (I quit), but sometimes things just goes how they goes.
