Can anyone vouch for the quality of these instruments?

It certainly looks nice, who know whether it's actually any good though!

Just seen some more models on Ebay. Seem to be from the same factory, and handled by the same Italian company, but listed on another website:

Some interesting pickup options, PMM on the Fusion and a sort of triple-bucker MM on the SuperB.

It states here that:

All instruments are made in Asia under rigorous quality supervision, imported in Italy, set-up by Lorenzo Brogi and then distributed worldwide.

Could be good, could be bad.

And the UK distributor is in Kent, just like the Ebay seller.
Looks an awful lot like those Stagg Jag copies, I'm sure they've got the big-polepiece pickups on em too. Hmmm....
They have - they are very, very similar. Realistically the main difference is likely to be quality control. Oh, and about three hundred quid:

The Silverado reminds me of this a little:

Just checked out the price list - I have to say that I think £689 for a probably Chinese-made bolt-neck bass which has a cosmetic resemblance to a Rickenbacker is pretty much redefining the phrase "outrageous rip-off".
