Will's great to deal with - he managed to combine a trip up north with a face-to-face meet to do the deal then generously threw in a few extra bits & bobs to help me out. He didn't want to send the guitar, understandably, but I twisted his arm to do so on the basis that I'd sort out the courier. Will went into his local music shop and got a guitar box and did a superb packing job. He waited in for a courier and the guitar arrived here safe and sound the next day. A gentleman throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to buy something from him again or sell something to him. A nice guitar at a great price and prompt and friendly communications throughout.
