gjones Posted June 21, 2010 Share Posted June 21, 2010 Wow really liked that! Especially the harmonics and melodic sequences your sound and feel was excellent. I've watched vids of others on youtube where they've been trying to do something similiar and their technique may have been excellent but the sound from their bass was like nails down a blackboard. Please bare in mind that the whole album is not gonna sound like this. I understand it would not be to everyones taste! I do like some of these ideas because I feel they can communicate the polyrythms and time signatures I use more obviously and besides I have learnt a majority of these weird timings from listening to Progressive/Tech Metal.
