2016 Lakland Skyline 44-64 in Candy Apple Red with a matching headstock £800

The 44-64 is Lakland Skylines way of combining the fast neck of a jazz bass with the punchy bottom of a P bass.

This is a comfortable bass to play at a relatively lightweight 4kg and a slim neck, with a great looking candy red finish.

this bass is in great condition with barely any wear

 Specifications Body: Ash

Neck: Rock Maple

Fingerboard: rosewood

Neck Width: Tapers from 1.5" at nut to 2.5" at base Neck Profile: Taper from .77" at 1st fret to .94" at 12th fret

Fingerboard Radius: 10"

Scale Length: 34"

Tuners: Hipshot Ultra-Lite's

Pickups: Lakland vintage Spilt Pickup

this bass includes a Hiscox Hard case

Unfortunately Im unwilling to ship this bass as I don't really have the means to do so, I would much prefer to have this bass collected. I can drive to facilitate the sale of the bass within reason.

That is a lovely PJ....best if both worlds!

Most definitely! Shame to see the back of it really, one of the most comfortable necks I've ever played. Effortless. But unfortunately don't play it enough to justify keeping it and I need the money :/ pickup is quite nice also for a bog standard stock option.

Lovely thing, I thought this model had a jazz pickup in it too but can’t see one on this?

The newer ones do, I'm not overly sure if they make this particular one any more, but I could be wrong. Personally I always found the jazz rear pickup a bit redundant anyway. I believe they've changed the actual pickups too. This one was classified as laklands "vintage" style p bass pickups. Sounds great to me. May have to post a video demo when I get chance.

Stunning tbf. Still waiting for a burst joe osbourne unfortunately.

Sure is! Recall it catching my eye straight away when I first went to have a look at some p style basses. The jazz style neck sold me on it once I picked it up, really nice feel to it. Nice choice on the joe osbourne one though 👌

They do still make them to order, I ordered one through GuiterGuitar in February and it's arriving today, mine is in white with matching headstock.

Yours looks great!

GLWTS!

Ah! Fair enough wasn't aware of that! Checked the website and there was no mention of them anymore. I got mine from guitarguitar in Birmingham also! But it was just on the rack. Hadn't really come across much lakland stuff before that point and was pleasantly surprised
