Decided I love it too much to sell 😂

 

Selling a pristine GK Fusion S 800 bass head. Super light and portable tube amp, probably the most beautiful looking amp I've ever seen.

 

In the market for a P/PJ style bass, especially Yamaha BB series for potential trades/part trades.

 

According to GK:

The Fusion S Series Heads are GK’s brand new Class D Model heads with a tube preamp. The rich warmth of tubes combined with the quick, punchy power section that GK bass amps are known for is an experience like no other. These high powered heads incorporate three 12ax7 tubes in the preamp, including one dedicated to the overdrive channel, making it GK’s first ever tube driven overdrive channel. Illuminated knobs add an extra level of sophistication and design by not only making it easier to dial in your tone on stage and but adding a beautiful stage presence as well. Each illuminated knob is also push activated, with additional voicing filters and tonal characteristics built in.

Only selling because I've decided to take the plunge into the ultra portable realm of a peddleboard mounted preamp and power amp. If I had the money to justify keeping both I would, it's one of the best sounding amps I've ever tried, I like it even more than my GK 700RB which is saying a lot!

 

Theres one tiny scratch on top (see pictures) but other than that it's in practictically perfect condition.

 

Happy to organise postage at the buyers expense, if it's fairly local I could probably deliver or meet halfway. Open to offers!

I do have the original manual and box however I used some of the original foam packaging to add extra protection in the case.

I've always wanted to try one of these... maybe if my Legacy 800 sells   I do really enjoy a tube preamp, and love my GK MB Fusion.

It's absolutely fantastic, it's got a very smooth sound but has plenty of growl. The overdrive channel is really crisp too.

 

I'm pretty gutted to let it go but forcing myself to be really brutal on what I keep. Best of luck with the Legacy, they're great little heads although having come from a 700rb I wanted something a bit different. Never owned a tube amp before but very impressed.
