I'm sure I've seen Bass Collection basses with dot markers in the past, they flooded the budget market in the early '90s back when I gave a sh*t about basses, I've seen a lot of them. Did Ibanez build them? They always reminded me of Ibanez basses. Bass Collection seems more likely, given the number of them in circulation over here compared to Tune basses. The headstock on the Maison is a little squarer and pointier than the BC or Tune ones, but the main identifying mark (the logo on the upper bout) appears to be covered over with gaffa tape. As you can see, many of the identifying markers are the same, such as the headstock shape and the fretboard.
