Easy to negotiate with and once the deal was agreed, sorted out collection & delivery without any problems. I've seen some good packaging before but his is seriously world class. Superb. Comms have been excellent & he has been such an absolute joy to "speak to". The bass is even better than the photos. The whole transaction was a total pleasure from start to finish - great comms, super careful packaging, fast and efficient postage, and the bass arrived exactly as described - couldn't ask for more. He did arrange all the admin and the courriers both ways to and from outside the UK (with all the extra tax form things). Excellent communications and solid bullet-proof packing shipped as fast as an arrow. The bass is in pristine condition as stated.
