Boring answer - technically yes, nothing on this bass contravenes Rickenbacker's trademarks. The bridge's a copy of a Hipshot & the scratchplate shape isn't trademarked. Everything else is just generic stuff sort of arranged in a Rick-ish fashion. Of course something like this shouldn't be sold anywhere.
