Steinberger XL2A from 1987. Playing wear but technically fully functional and complete with 'flipper' and battery compartment cover. No case.

Plays like a dream sounds like a.. Steinberger, which is much closer to a Jazz Bass, Precision Bass and Music Man Stringray than you might think.

 

Upgraded with EMG HBSC pickups and Haz Labs 2 band EQ (a €450 upgrade). Original pickups and pre amp work flawlessly too: make your choice or

This is the real 'graphite composite' deal. Substantially different than the later 'Hohner B2's' and 'Spirits' (with no doubt much much much better: these original Steinbergers are fantastic.)
