Danmizen Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 Hi everyone. This is a total long shot, but I’m trying to track down a bass my dad used to own. He sadly died in April last year and I’ve heard so many stories about the bass he used to own. My dad sold it in 79 in Harrogate and it was then sold on again to a guy in York, he then moved it on down in London in 81. The bass was a Fender Tele Type 1, with Scalloped frets, all paint removed and two bath taps for volume and tone knobs. I’m sure I’ve seen a picture of either that or something similar but I can’t remember where, sorry. I’m also from Harrogate & have seen you playing in The Blues Bar with Ashley, who I know from a long time ago. I did see you playing with your dad there as well, was it Ashley’s 50th?
