Bart Funk Bass Posted February 17, 2021 Share Posted February 17, 2021 Here are the actual bass tracks from Michael Jackson’ “Get On The Floor“ master tapes. Bassist Louis Johnson recorded the main track with Music Man bass. He overdubbed his part with Alembic Series 1, which he used in recording sessions during that period. I transcribed this a while ago and always struggle to play the damn thing cleanly at tempo so these are a huge help.
