Coated strings- DR Black Beauties/Neons OR Elixirs?

Does anyone have experience of both? If so, what are your thoughts.

I'm a long-term Elixir user, but when I looked on Strings Direct, they no longer seem to do .045 .065 .080 .100 sets or a 5-string equivalent (Don't mind a .125 or a .130).

So I thought about switching.  I've liked Sunbeams and Fatbeams before,  so I have some faith in DR.

 Or Any other coated recommendations?

I've tried Warwick EXPs or whatever.  They were awful.

I'm can tolerate .45 .65 .85 .105 .130 or similar.  The hybrid gauge isn't a deal- breaker.

I used Black Beauties and Neons for a while.  I liked the sound, not as harsh as new uncoated rounds.  They look fab at first, too.  I play with a pick, am pretty rough, and the coating wore off in no time where I hit it.  If you play fingerstyle then this won't be an issue, of course.   But, also the back of the string where it rubs against the fret loses the coating - in itself not a problem but if you have to ever take the strings off then put them back on again it is impossible to line up again.
