Kay’s tended to have that multi laminate neck.  Also I think they had a neck end truss rod.  This ones got one of those sensible wheel sorts on the body end.

Looks like a ply body going by the overspray on the contour.  Is that a washing machine foot screwed in as a string tree for the E&A strings?  Love it!
