Thanks, I seen that but it has a female end, and I'd need to buy yet another adapter. Just wondered if there was a better solution

Trying to increase the current limit, not the voltage.

Not sure, other than making your own cable.  I think the CIOK RCA are wired centre-positive so bear that in mind.
